About us
Women Gain Rwanda is a non-governmental organization founded in 2022 by a group of women who completed a twelve months training program learning about the role of women in leadership and what it means to be a leader in the community, as well as the key steps and skills that make a good leader. With the experiences shared, these young women came up with an idea to give back to their community by creating a sustainable women's leadership network.

Promoting the leadership, courage, and confidence of young girls to be advocates on community and global issues through training and programs on gender equality, civic and leadership.
Promoting women's and girl's roles in decision-making and the establishment of professional networking, engaging in technology, digital, and social spaces ;
Supporting entrepreneurship and innovation programs for women and girls.
Create a dedicated space to organize artistic, cultural, well-being, and leadership activities that facilitate networking, learning, and cultural awareness.
