Women Gain Leadership Training Graduation

On 25th July 2025, we proudly celebrated the graduation of the third cohort of the Intwari Women Leadership Program. It was a day of reflection, achievement, and new beginnings. The event, held at the beautiful CO-KIYOVU, brought together graduates, mentors, local government leaders, family members, and program partners to celebrate these young women's remarkable journey. Truly, it was a moment that marked not only the end of a powerful journey but also the beginning of many more.

Women Gain Leadership Training Third Cohort

Over the past three months, these remarkable young women have committed themselves to learning, growth, and leadership. Participants have explored what it means to lead with integrity, speak with confidence, and take action in their communities. Throughout the training, they engaged in various workshops, hands-on training, and mentorship sessions, all designed to build their creativity, confidence, and capacity as leaders & creators. Additionally, they had opportunity to engage with local leaders, entrepreneurs, and NGO founders who shared their experiences and insights. Each session was filled with curiosity, courage, and a shared determination to rise not only for themselves, but also for others.

Graduation day was more than a ceremony; it was a celebration of transformation. Participants shared reflections on their growth, their goals, and how far they have come since day one. They stand proud, not just as graduates, but as changemakers ready to influence their communities with boldness and clarity.

For many of the graduates, the journey is just beginning, equipped with new skills and a strong support network, these women are ready to tackle challenges, launch their initiatives, and continue advocating for gender equality and community development.
